Duties:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis
• Support financial reporting and internal audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with process improvements and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and close processes
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Public accounting or industry experience
• CPA or CPA-track
• Experience supporting audits
